Startup Hosting Account Terms and Conditions
EPS' Start-up Hosting Account provides you with a complementary page containing your contact details. This means your customers can contact you over the Internet, and read about your products and services on-line.
Requirements
EPS has analysed the way hundreds of small businesses use the Internet and set up this hosting account to help. The only requirement of this service is that of an existing email account (e.g. one provided by an ISP or free online service such as Hotmail).
One page Website Conditions
Information required so that EPS can create a single custom-designed Web home page:
- Supply your organisation's logo (saved as .gif or .jpg and in a PC compatible format).
- Supply any pictures or images you would like on the page (saved as .gif or .jpg and in a PC compatible format).
- Supply a text description of your organisation containing information you would like on the Website (maximum 500 words).
- Provide to us any corporate branding or style guide such as colours or fonts that you would like applied to the design.
- Contact details and phone numbers as you would like them to appear.
- If you have specific instructions as to how you would like the Web page layout to appear, fax or email a description or diagram of the layout that you require.
Changes and updates
- Minor changes will be completed by EPS at no charge.
- Regular changes will be charged at $66 per hour or part thereof, with a minimum service fee of $16.50.
- Our standard turn-around time on changes is 24 - 48 hours, although more often than not changes can be made on the same business day.
Options
- The entry level account does not provide you with FTP access. EPS maintains all content.
- You can upgrade at any time to utilise a fully featured hosting service. See more details at www.epshosting.com/join/. Any unused portion of your hosting year will be pro-rated and credited towards your upgrade.
- If you have an existing Web page your domain name can redirect to it, e.g. show content from http://members.optushome.com.au/username but display www.yourdomain.com as the address.
- Extra pages can be added to your Website at a hosting cost of $22 per page per year. Any development work required is subject to the normal charge of $66 per hour.
- You can provide your own Web pages already constructed for EPS to upload. Content will be uploaded "as is" with no changes. An upper limit of 1MB in size.
- Work required outside of the above guidelines is subject to charges.
