Sample Tracking Systems
In consultation with leading Australian chemical companies, EPS has developed on-line systems to automate communications within chemical companies.
Traditionally chemical companies and laboratories have used paper based systems to track requests for sample products from their customers, fulfilment of orders at head office and delivery from a warehouse to the customer.
This product is a web based application for the supplier, distribution warehouse and customer to use so that the ordering of samples, communication with the warehouse and conforming to regulatory requirements is conducted on-line. Much of the process is able to be automated.
Sophisticated real-time reporting means that customers and suppliers can track the delivery of their samples, compare sample requests to sample orders and administer customers. By automating the paper trail to an on-line environment, sales increase and trends can be identified more easily. Human error is totally removed from the business process.
