The Breathing Assessment Questionnaire

Write down what you feel your particular problems are.
For example, it could be that:
  - you overwork your upper chest
  - you do not have a flexible lower ribcage
  - when stressed you hold your breath,
  or it becomes shallow.

Write the main reasons why you want to improve your breathing, and the goals you would like to achieve by learning different breathing techniques.
