ABOUT THE AUTHOR - SOPHIE GABRIEL
Sophie Gabriel has been involved in Breathing Training for 23 years. She
developed her own unique style of teaching breathing and has trained health
professionals, children, singers, asthmatics, elite athletes, dancers
public speakers and others who benefit from good quality breathing. Sophie
has taught throughout Australia, England and in New York City as a breathing
and flexibility instructor. She is also a trained body guard and teaches
self-defence.
Sophie is available to answer any questions about the content of her book;
