EPS are regular guest expert presenters in Internet and eBusiness topics at the CEO Institute's forums for CEO's.
Internet Industry Association
EPS is an active member of our industry's national association the IIA.
International Customer Service Professionals
EPS is an active member of ICSP; a professional body facilitated through a National Membership Network. ICSP's goal is to provide opportunities to bring service professionals together through a variety of forums to share in the passion of service excellence.
